Shire provides financial support to charitable, not-for-profit associations and other organizations for initiatives meant to improve healthcare, health education and other community-type based activities that, ultimately, lead to positive benefits for Canadians.
There are two categories of support to which you may be eligible to apply.
Donations to Healthcare or Community-Based Organizations
If you are the representative of a healthcare-related or community-based organization seeking support from Shire, please complete the Shire Canada Donations application form.

To help in your planning, the following deadlines have been established in order to ensure that all submissions are processed in a timely manner.
Donation Application Deadlines
Once we have received your application, the necessary due diligence will be conducted on your submission and a response will be provided within 6 weeks of the Donation Application Deadline.
Please note you must be an organization located in Canada to be eligible.
Shire Grants Program
Shire also continues to provide support to healthcare professionals through our Grants program. These applications are facilitated via an online portal at www.shiresupport.com and we invite you to complete the forms online. Grants are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
